More info, but from a live news feed that I only partly caught. Seems these were free range ducks. The farmer pulled his birds in after the report about the findings in migratory ducks. For some reason I missed - HE called the agricultural authorities. I'll hopefully catch a repeat of that a bit later, if they don't update their website.

The farm is quarantined - no culls planned - none yet anyway.
