Voice Recognition Program
Here is a program where you type in whatever you want to say. Then click "Speak" and wait a couple minutes. You will then hear in the voice of your choice speak what you have typed. It is really cool. Here's the link to the program.

Get Dragon Naturally Speaking. It's wonderful for folks with carpal tunnel or other disabilities.
Thanks, Fruit Loop. Years ago I purchased a "Speak and "Something". Can't remember the name of it. I trained it to recognize my voice so that I could talk into the headset microphone and it would type what I said as I spoke it. I haven't used it in years and have long ago lost the instructions. It really helps with arthritis or carpel tunnel or many other hand problems to be able to speak and have the typing come across the email, board or whatever.
The program I gave a link to in the first post here is most interesting. I just found out it curses! My favorite is to type, "Hello (put your name here). You look very beautiful (or handsome) today." Then try the different voices saying it to me. :P
