Half Life 2 for those of you abbreviated challenged... This is my first online game, I finished the first person part, and thought what the hey, I paid $50 for this why not try out the online part?
So I fired it up, and HOLY COW is it addictive! Wow. Great fun. But, but, every once in a while I click in to a "non-violent" server. WTF? This is a game dedicated to killing.
Now, I live in the PNW, a liberal hotbed. So I can accept that, I guess. What are these people thinking though? Well, so here we have this violent game, and it's multiplayer, online. So lets set up a... ok, I'll stop, I'm just irritated because this is a way for me to release stress and tonight I got kicked AGAIN, from ANOTHER non-violent server (with no warning this time).
IT'S A GAME WHERE YOU KILL PEOPLE, NOT DRIVE CARS, NOT PLAY CHESS, YOU KILL PEOPLE. WHY IS THAT SO HARD FOR YOU TO UNDERSTAND?????????????

BTW, what happened to the drinking smiley on the initial page? Seems like it's been replaced with the "don't feed the trolls" smiley? (That sux)...
