Oh, the weather outside is frightful - and so is this keyboard at the hotel, where I have Web TV of some sort, but no ability to chat. Hi hope everyone is well and ready for the holidays. It is quite cold here, but not snowing.

I went out today to get some photos and came within about two minutes of frostbite. This wind chill stuff is pretty rude.

Long underwear is our friend.

We have some light snow flurries this Christmas morning - a little of it is sticking to the ground, but the roads are clear. I'm looking forward to seeing a bit more of the town today. The white stuff makes everything look so different and mysterious.

This is all quite interesting to a California girl.
